November 4th experiments

Conducted some more experiments on November 4, 2010.  Disappointed with the results, but will keep plugging away at this until I cannot take it any further.  My wife suggested I lose the music with the videos, so I have not included any background music this time.

I have purchased some mag wire and made one coil (these things take forever to wind).  Will use it in further experiments later down the road as weather allows.  As it is rainy season here in Oregon, experimentation will not happen as often as I would like.  But that gives me more time to study, research and learn more about this subject.  Enjoy the video.

Would like to give a special shout out to Paul, inventor3, for his advice and suggestions.  If you haven't already done so, please watch his videos on YouTube.  He has conducted some terrific experiments with some very interesting results.  I will try to duplicate some of his experiments for this blog.  But, as you will be able to tell, I am taking a slightly different approach to this than he did.

More experimentation

In this phase of experiments, I am using the antenna I built and 14 gauge household copper wire.  I know it isn't mag wire, but I will be experimenting with that later (when I can afford to purchase some).  For right now I am using some wiring I had laying around the house.

Since I have finally figured out how to upload videos, here is the vid for the experiments conducted November 2, 2010. Songs in this video are "Live Wire" by Motley Crue, "Shock Me" by KISS, "Rebel Yell" by Billy Idol and "Dare You To Move" by Switchback.
